The classic cocktail known as a Greyhound combines vodka and grapefruit juice. We’ve added a unique twist by stirring in fresh pineapple juice as well. Preparing your own fresh juice ensures an exceptionally delicious drink.
Ingredients
- Ice cubes as needed
- 1 fluid ounce vodka
- 2 fluid ounces fresh pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 fluid ounces fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 2 half-moon grapefruit slices
Preparation
- 1 Fill a rocks glass or large tumbler with ice cubes up to the rim. Add the vodka, pineapple juice and grapefruit juice and stir to combine. Garnish with the grapefruit slices.
