Baccarat Champagne Cocktail

Try the City of Light’s favorite champagne cocktail, the Baccarat, put on some French music, and voila!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces/177ml cranberry juice
  • 2 ounces/59ml lime juice
  • 8 ounces/237 ml Grand Marnier
  • 16 ounces/473 ml rose champagne

Preparation

  • 1 In a coctail shaker, mix cranberry juice, lime juice and Grand Marnier.
  • 2 Divide equally among champagne flutes.
  • 3 Top with champagne and serve.
